Rivu Chakraborty is a GDE (Google Developers Expert) for Android & Kotlin (India's first GDE for Kotlin), one of early Kotlin, Jetpack Compose and KMP adopters. With overall 14+ years of experience, he is currently running Mobrio Studio (https://mobrio.studio).
Rivu has worked with the biggest organisations from India and South-East-Asia, his last stint was working as Senior Manager - Mobile/Client Platform at JioStar (JioCinema / JioHotstar), India's largest OTT and Media Streaming Platform. He has previously worked

Rivu considers himself a Kotlin and Android enthusiast cum evangelist. He has been using Kotlin since December 2015. Rivu created the KotlinKolkata User Group and before moving out to Bangalore, he had been the lead organiser for both Kotlin Kolkata User Group and GDG Kolkata. He now co-organizes BlrKotlin and volunteers for BlrDroid events.
